Backpacking in Thailand

Your first weeks accommodation in Thailand is sorted!

We have chosen the best hostels, so you know you’re not going to end up in some cockroach infested sweat box.

You’ll spend your first 2 nights in a great hostel in Bangkok. It’s clean, secure and has a good atmosphere.

And it’s located in the heart of Bangkok at Khao Sarn Road - an area where all the travellers stay.

It’s got fantastic shops & markets, cafes & restaurants and pubs & clubs!

On the third night we’ll leave Bangkok and head south to Surat Thani on an overnight train.

The overnight train is suprisingly comfortable.

The ride is smooth, the train is air-conditioned, and the beds are clean and comfy.

You’ll spend the last 4 nights in beautiful beach-side bungalows on the island of Koh Phangan.

Koh Phangan is amazing. It’s a beautiful island with dozens of pristine beaches, tropical jungle, amazing waterfalls and great nightlife. And it’s home to the world-famous Full Moon Parties!

The resort on Koh Phangan is awesome. It’s located right on the beach, has a pool, an amazing day-spa for massages and beauty treatments, and a bar that sells fancy drinks with little umbrellas in them.

If you’d like to stay longer at the bungalows on Koh Phangan at the end of the week you can.
