
Please read the following Terms & Conditions which outline our obligations to you and your responsibilities to us.
Bookings
You can make a booking online, over the phone or by completing a booking form. You can pay by credit or debit card either over the phone or by email, there is a 3% charge for each payment. All payments will be taken in Pound Sterling. You can pay a £100 deposit to secure your booking, or pay in full. Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to departure. Once we have received payment we will email you a receipt and confirmation. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to your departure date, cancellation is assumed.
Date Changes
We understand that sometimes plans change. So if, after you have made a booking, you wish to change your date of departure you can! An administrative fee of £25 is applicable. If you wish to change your flight departure or return date you will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of your travel agent.
Name Changes
If for any reason you need to cancel your trip but you have a friend who would like to take your place then the normal cancellation & booking policy is applicable. We can not replace your original booking with another person.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking you must do so in writing (by mail or e-mail). If you cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
- For cancellations received more than 28 days prior to departure the deposit will be lost.
- For cancellations received less than 28 days prior to departure full payment will be lost.
- Injury or sickness.
- Delayed, rescheduled or missed flights.
- Climatic, social or political problems.
- Pandemics, Epidemics, Bird flu, Swine flu, SARS, Leprosy, Shingles, Pink eye, Rickets or Chaffed lips.
Flights
At ThaIntro we work closely with the Group Bookings Department at Round the World Experts and recommend them as Travel Agents. All bookings with Travel Agents and Airlines are subject to the Terms and Conditions and Limitations of Liability imposed by them. They will provide you with their own Terms & Conditions. We encourage you to read them.
Travel Insurance
You will need to have Travel Insurance that covers you for your ThaIntro week. Check out our Travel Insurance page for info.
Changes in Itinerary
Sometimes it rains in Thailand. So we might have to change the itinerary. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to offer a particular activity, we will replace it with a different activity of equal or greater value.
Baggage
ThaIntro will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of baggage or belongings. Travel Insurance is compulsory for ThaIntro.
Conduct
We know that everyone wants to have a good time. All we ask is that you agree to comply with the authority and decisions of the ThaIntro Crew. We reserve the right to ask anyone who is deliberately not complying, or causing trouble, to leave the group. In the event you are asked to leave the group no refund will be given and you will have no claim against ThaIntro.
Limitations of Liability
We cannot be held responsible for any loss as a result of failure of any third-parties (including Airlines, Tour Operators & Hoteliers), however we will give every reasonable assistance in helping you to resolve any dispute.
The responsibility of ThaIntro as a Tour Operator is limited. We are not liable for any personal injury, death, damage, loss, accident or delay which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying you or carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise in connection therewith.
Security Policy
When purchasing from Intro Travel Pty Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Privacy Policy
We hate junk mail. So we won't ever e-mail you unless it's for a necessary, legitimate reason. And we won't give your e-mail address or personal information to anyone else. Cause that ain't cool.
