  • Heart Disorder.
  • A Cardiovascular or Circulatory related condition (eg. Hypertension, Angina, High blood pressure, Blood clots, Raised cholesterol, Stroke, Transient Ischaemic Attack or Brain haemorrhage.)

Note: You do NOT have to declare:

  • Mild asthma (suffered in isolation, well controlled with not more than 2 medications and no hospitalisation in the past 12 months.)
  • Diabetes Mellitus (suffered in isolation, well controlled with 1 medication and no hospitalisation in the past 12 months.)
